Lovely evening at Bagdad Museum Gala

Last Saturday, April 28, I performed a show with pianist Sean Deitrich (I love working with this guy!) for the Bagdad Village Preservation Association, at the Bagdad Museum.  What a charming little town!  The Museum is in an old church, only about 60 people could fit in… but it was full of elegantly dressed party-goers, who enjoyed a champagne and hors d’oeuvers reception, then our show, followed by a “dessert extravaganza!”  Sean really enjoyed the opportunity to play their antique “square grand” piano… I’d never seen one before!  Very ornately carved huge wooden square piano… very unusual.  The audience was charming and we got wonderful feedback from everyone there.  Thank you so much to all the good people at BVPA!   I’ll post photos in my gallery….
